When to expect your order:
Australian customers – orders can take 2-6 business days (tracking included)
International customers – orders can take anywhere between 6-15 business days
We want you to be happy with your order, so we’ll only accept returns if the parcel arrives damaged. Photographic proof will be needed and you will be responsible for paying return shipping. We’ll refund your money, excluding the shipping cost.
There are no recurring payments with our subscriptions. Each month you can sign-up again and you are billed only for that month. Sign-up dates are on the website above. There is no need to contact us to cancel your subscription because we are only billing you for the month you buy.
